Sighted
Sighted refers to the condition of being able to see. It is the opposite of blindness, which is the absence or severe impairment of vision. The ability to see is a complex process involving the eyes, optic nerves, and the brain. Light enters the eyes and is focused onto the retina, where specialized cells called photoreceptors convert the light into electrical signals. These signals are then transmitted through the optic nerve to the brain, which interprets them as images.
The degree of sight can vary greatly. Some individuals have perfect 20/20 vision, meaning they can see
Maintaining good vision involves regular eye check-ups and protecting the eyes from injury and excessive UV
