Shkronjore, also known as the Albanian alphabet, is the standard writing system used for the Albanian language. It is derived from the Latin alphabet and consists of 36 letters, including 26 basic letters and 10 additional letters with diacritics. The Albanian alphabet was standardized in the 19th century, with significant contributions from linguists like Fan Noli and Ndoc Nikaj.
