Shadar-kai are a race of humanoids with a strong connection to the Shadowfell. They are often depicted as gaunt and pale, with dark eyes that seem to absorb light. Their skin tones range from ashen gray to deep violet, and their hair is typically black or dark silver. Shadar-kai possess an innate ability to manipulate shadows, allowing them to blend into their surroundings, teleport short distances, and even conjure illusions.
