Sexminuting
Sexminuting is a term used to describe the practice of recording or summarizing sexual experiences in a structured, minute-like format. Coined by some sex education and therapy communities, it refers to documenting aspects of sexual activity such as communication, consent, arousal, satisfaction, and boundaries. The concept is a neologism and is not yet standardized or universally adopted.
In practice, sexminuting can take the form of shared journals, notes between partners, or formal logs used
Ethical considerations are central to the practice. Participants should provide informed consent, and any recorded data
Criticism and limitations include the potential for performance pressure, increased self-monitoring anxiety, and discomfort with recording
