Scouters

Scouters are individuals who serve as adult leaders within the Scouting movement, primarily in organizations like the Boy Scouts of America and Scouts Canada. Their role is to guide and mentor young people as they participate in Scouting programs. Scouters are responsible for organizing and leading activities, teaching Scoutcraft skills, and fostering the values of the Scout Oath and Law, such as trustworthiness, loyalty, and helpfulness. They work with various age-specific sections, from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts and beyond, adapting their approach to suit the developmental stages of the youth.
