Sarlona is a fictional continent in the Eberron setting of the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game. It is one of the major continents on the planet Eberron, alongside Cyre, Khorvaire, and others. Sarlona is a frozen landscape, characterized by vast tundras, glaciers, and mountains.

The continent is home to several distinct regions, including the frozen wastes of the Thaedrus Mountains, the glacier-covered plains of the Zgieth Caves, and the stormy waters of the Turikaja Ocean. The climate of Sarlona is inhospitable, with frequent storms and lack of sunlight during the long winter months.
