STMspetsar is a Russian-made modular sniper rifle system designed for military and law enforcement applications. Developed by the Russian company STMicroelectronics (STM) in collaboration with other defense contractors, it is part of a broader effort to modernize Russia’s sniper capabilities. The system emphasizes modularity, allowing users to adapt the rifle to various roles, including long-range precision shooting, close-quarters engagements, and specialized missions.
