SNNPR

The Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, often abbreviated as SNNPR, is one of the nine constituent federal states of Ethiopia. Located in the southern part of the country, it is known for its remarkable ethnic and linguistic diversity, housing over 45 distinct ethnic groups and numerous languages. The region's capital is Awasa, a vibrant city situated on the shores of Lake Awasa.
