SHINRAs
SHINRAs, an acronym for "Sons of the Imperial Nation of the Rising Sun," are a Japanese far-right ultranationalist organization. Founded in 1983, the group is known for its extreme views on Japanese nationalism, imperialism, and anti-communism. SHINRAs advocate for the restoration of the Japanese Empire, which they believe was a great power in the past, and promote the idea of a "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" that includes Japan, Korea, and parts of China and Southeast Asia. The organization is also known for its anti-Semitic and anti-immigrant sentiments, as well as its support for right-wing politics and extremist ideologies. SHINRAs have been involved in various controversies and incidents, including the assassination attempt on former Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi in 2003. The group has been designated as a terrorist organization by the Japanese government and is subject to various restrictions and bans. Despite these designations, SHINRAs continue to operate and maintain a presence in Japan and internationally.
