SD70M
The EMD SD70M is a six-axle, 4,300 horsepower (3,200 kW) diesel-electric locomotive built by Electro-Motive Diesel. It is the second most powerful model of the SD70 series, preceded by the SD70MAC. The SD70M features a carbody designed for improved visibility, with a large, wrap-around windshield. It is equipped with a 16-710G3B diesel engine and an AC traction system, providing excellent tractive effort and adhesion.
