Rzarvoina

Rzarvoina is a municipal city in the northern portion of Veridia, a fictional sovereign state on the continent of Eldara. It serves as the administrative center of Rzarvoina District and sits on the banks of the Draeden River, near the foothills of the Seryn Range. The municipality covers about 180 square kilometers and had an estimated population of 42,500 as of 2023.

Founded in the late 12th century by merchants from the Borel League, Rzarvoina grew as a trading post and later developed glassmaking and textile industries. The city experienced industrial expansion in the 19th and 20th centuries, transitioning toward services and light manufacturing. The local economy today is diversified, with sectors including manufacturing, logistics, education, and tourism. The Draeden River corridor supports small-scale hydropower.

Rzarvoina is governed by a mayor-council system, with a 19-member city council. It is part of Veridia's northern urban region. The city features the 15th-century Cathedral of St. Mirin, the Old Market, and Rzarvoina University, focusing on engineering and the humanities. It is connected by a regional railway line and Route 12 highway, with a small regional airport serving domestic flights.

Ethnic and linguistic communities are diverse, with Veridian and minority groups. The city emphasizes cultural heritage and environmental stewardship, maintaining several urban parks and a riverfront promenade. In recent years, Rzarvoina has invested in river restoration projects and sustainable transit.
