Rregullative

Rregullative is an adjective used to denote something that relates to regulation or the act of regulating. In English, the corresponding terms are regulative or regulatory; rregullative appears mainly in Albanian-language texts or as a transliteration in multilingual contexts. It describes mechanisms, principles, rules, or processes designed to regulate a system, activity, or behavior.

It derives from Latin regulativus via French regulatif to English regulative, and in Albanian the root rregull expresses regulation or adjustment. The form rregullative may appear in technical or academic writing to mirror the English term.

In philosophy, regulative principles of reason guide inquiry without constituting empirical truths. In law and public policy, regulative or regulatory frameworks establish standards, oversight, and compliance. In science and economics, regulative criteria can govern experimental design, data handling, or model validation. In everyday language, a regulative mechanism can limit, schedule, or standardize actions.
