Rotaryserigrafia
Rotaryserigrafia is a printing technique that combines the principles of screen printing and rotary printing. It is particularly well-suited for printing on cylindrical objects, such as bottles, cans, and tubes. The process involves the use of a flexible, cylindrical screen that rotates around the object to be printed. The screen is coated with a light-sensitive emulsion, which is then exposed to a negative image of the design to be printed. After exposure, the emulsion is developed, leaving the design area open and the non-image area blocked. Ink is then applied to the open areas of the screen, and the screen is rotated around the object, transferring the ink to the surface. The object is then dried, and the process can be repeated for multiple colors. Rotaryserigrafia is known for its ability to produce high-quality, vibrant prints with excellent adhesion and durability. It is commonly used in the packaging industry for labeling and branding purposes.
