Rolwaling is a mountain massif located in the Rwenzori Range of north‑western Uganda and adjoining the western slopes of the Ethiopian Highlands. It rises to an elevation of approximately 4,650 meters (15,260 feet) above sea level, making it one of the highest peaks in the region. The mountain is situated near the town of Rwenzori and lies on the border of Uganda’s Kigezi District with the Democratic Republic of Congo to the west.
