Ringluseks

Ringluseks is an Estonian term used to indicate that a document or piece of information is intended for circulation among a group. It comes from the noun ringlus meaning circulation and the suffix -eks, producing a form roughly equivalent to “for circulation” or “for dissemination.” The term functions primarily as a label or directive rather than a concept with a specialized meaning.

In administrative, legislative, and organizational settings, ringluseks is commonly used as a heading or note on memos, drafts, and circulars to signal that the material should be shared, reviewed, or forwarded to others. It can apply to both physical papers and digital documents or emails.
