RhoGDI3
RhoGDI3, also known as Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor 3, is a protein that plays a role in the regulation of Rho GTPases. Rho GTPases are a family of small signaling proteins that are involved in a wide range of cellular processes, including cell shape, migration, and division. RhoGDI3 belongs to the Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor (RhoGDI) family, which consists of three members: RhoGDI1, RhoGDI2, and RhoGDI3.
RhoGDI proteins act as negative regulators of Rho GTPases. They bind to the GDP-bound form of Rho
RhoGDI3 has been implicated in various cellular functions, although its precise roles are still under investigation.
