Reviderte is a fictional nation used in world-building and storytelling. It is described as a constitutional republic located on a chain of subtropical islands in the southern sea, with a maritime economy and a tradition of regional autonomy within a centralized government.

The name Reviderte is presented in in-universe lore as deriving from the old Revidian language, combining elements meaning "to see again" and "shore," a nod to the archipelago's recurring role as a meeting place for travelers.

Geography comprises about 14 major islands and numerous islets, featuring rugged coastlines, volcanic interiors, rainforests, and mangrove deltas. The climate is maritime tropical, with warm temperatures year-round and pronounced wet and dry seasons.

Reviderte emerged as a unified polity after a series of confederated alliances in the late 18th century, gaining de facto independence in 1832 following regional treaties. The early economy centered on fishing and copra, later diversifying into tourism and crafts.

The government operates as a constitutional republic. Legislative power rests in a bicameral General Assembly and a Senate, while an independently elected president serves as head of state. An appointed prime minister coordinates the cabinet and day-to-day administration.
