Reläperusteiset refers to systems or devices that utilize relays as their primary switching components. Relays are electromechanical devices that use an electromagnet to operate a switch. When an electrical current flows through the coil of the relay, it generates a magnetic field that attracts an armature, causing the switch contacts to open or close. This allows a low-power control signal to switch a higher-power circuit.
