Reklamationsnämndens

Reklamationsnämnden, often translated as the Consumer Complaints Board or similar, is an independent Swedish body that handles consumer disputes. It is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forum where consumers can seek resolution for complaints against businesses without resorting to legal proceedings.
