Reitityskäytäviä
Reitityskäytäviä, known in English as routing channels or routing conduits, are dedicated pathways within electronic design automation (EDA) tools used for the physical layout of integrated circuits. These channels are specifically designated areas on a chip's design where routing wires, which connect different circuit components, are allowed to pass. Their purpose is to manage and organize the complex web of interconnections, preventing them from crossing each other indiscriminately and causing signal interference or electrical shorts.
The implementation of reitityskäytäviä is a crucial step in the physical design phase of chip manufacturing.
