Regligat
Regligat is a Russian media company headquartered in Saint Petersburg. It was founded in 2005 by a group of regional entrepreneurs and a subsidiary of the state broadcasting authority to manage and expand local radio services. The company owns and operates several FM stations across the Saint Petersburg region, the Moscow suburbs and the Karelia area, with its flagship station “Радуга FM” broadcasting contemporary music, news, and talk programs. In 2012 Regligat acquired a 25 % stake in the national network “Вестник” and subsequently introduced satellite‑based audio broadcasting, allowing listeners to receive high‑definition sound across a wider geographic area.
