RAepäilyssä signals that investigative authorities have formed grounds for suspicion and are gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and examining materials relevant to the case.

Rights and procedures

A person in RAepäilyssä retains certain procedural rights under Finnish law. They must be informed about the grounds for suspicion and generally have the right to legal counsel.
