RACIpõhised

RACIpõhised refers to a concept or system that is based on RACI. RACI is an acronym for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed. It is a responsibility assignment matrix used in project management and business to clarify roles and responsibilities for tasks and decisions.

In a RACI matrix, each task or deliverable is assigned a RACI code for each stakeholder. "Responsible" individuals are those who do the work to complete the task. "Accountable" individuals are those who own the task and are ultimately answerable for its correct and thorough completion. There should only be one Accountable person per task. "Consulted" individuals are those whose opinions are sought, and with whom there is two-way communication. "Informed" individuals are those who are kept up-to-date on progress, often only on completion, and with whom there is just one-way communication.
