The Q10modellen, also known as the Q10 model or Q10 framework, is a concept used in business and organizational management to describe the key elements contributing to successful product development and innovation. It stands for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, with the addition of a fifth element, Time.

Quality refers to the standard and performance of the product or service being developed. It encompasses aspects like reliability, durability, and customer satisfaction. Cost relates to the economic resources required for development, production, and marketing, aiming for efficiency and profitability. Delivery addresses the timeliness and accessibility of the product to the market or customer, emphasizing speed and responsiveness. People represent the human element, including the skills, knowledge, motivation, and collaboration of the team involved in the development process. Finally, Time signifies the duration of the development cycle, aiming to bring products to market quickly and efficiently.

The Q10modellen suggests that all five elements are interconnected and must be balanced for optimal results. Neglecting any one of these aspects can negatively impact the overall success of a project. For instance, prioritizing only speed (Time) might compromise Quality or increase Costs.
