Põletusreaktorid

Põletusreaktorid, known in English as incinerators or waste-to-energy plants, are facilities designed to combust waste materials at high temperatures. The primary purpose of these reactors is to reduce the volume of solid waste and, in many cases, to recover energy in the form of heat or electricity. The combustion process breaks down organic materials into ash, flue gases, and particulate matter. Modern põletusreaktorid are equipped with sophisticated pollution control systems to minimize the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere. These systems typically include scrubbers, filters, and electrostatic precipitators.
