Páromat
Páromat is the definite accusative form of the Hungarian noun párom, which means “my partner” or “my significant other.” Párom is formed by taking pár (partner, spouse, or a member of a couple) and adding the first-person singular possessive suffix -om, yielding “my partner.” When the speaker treats this partner as the direct object of a verb and wishes to mark it as definite, Hungarian attaches the definite direct-object suffix -t (with the appropriate vowel harmony), giving páromat.
