Pulssimoduulaatioiden
Pulssimoduulaatioiden (PM) is a digital modulation technique used in telecommunications and signal processing. It is a form of phase-shift keying (PSK) where the phase of a carrier wave is modulated to encode digital information. In PM, the phase of the carrier wave is shifted in discrete steps, each representing a different symbol in the digital data stream. The number of phase shifts corresponds to the number of symbols that can be transmitted, with binary PM (BPSK) using two phases and quaternary PM (QPSK) using four phases.
PM is widely used in various communication systems, including satellite communications, wireless networks, and digital broadcasting.
PM can be further enhanced by combining it with other modulation techniques, such as amplitude modulation (AM)
In recent years, PM has been integrated into advanced communication technologies, such as orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing
