Pulssilataus refers to a type of wireless charging technology for electronic devices. It utilizes electromagnetic induction to transfer energy between a charging pad and a compatible device without the need for physical cables. This method is commonly employed for smartphones, smartwatches, and other portable electronics, offering a convenient way to power up devices. The process involves a transmitter coil in the charging pad and a receiver coil within the device. When AC current flows through the transmitter coil, it generates an oscillating magnetic field. This field then induces a current in the receiver coil, which is converted into DC current to charge the device's battery.
