Psychotronic

Psychotronic refers to a pseudoscience that deals with the alleged manipulation of matter and energy through mental powers or psychic means. It encompasses a range of phenomena, including telekinesis, psychokinesis, and remote viewing, where individuals are believed to influence objects or gather information without physical contact. The term "psychotronic" was coined by Ukrainian scientist Robert Pavlita in the mid-20th century, who explored these concepts and developed devices purportedly capable of measuring and amplifying these psychic energies.

The field of psychotronics is largely considered fringe science by the mainstream scientific community. Skeptics attribute psychotronic claims to psychological biases, misinterpretation of natural phenomena, or outright fraud. Rigorous scientific studies have generally failed to provide credible evidence supporting the existence of psychotronic abilities.
