Primärspolen

Primärspolen, also known as the primary coil, is a fundamental component in electromagnetic devices such as transformers, inductors, and electric motors. It consists of a conductive wire or coil, typically made of copper or aluminum, wound around a core or in a specific geometry. In the context of transformers, the primärspolen is the coil connected to the input power source and plays a crucial role in inducing a magnetic flux within the core.

The primary coil operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When an alternating current flows through the primärspolen, it creates a changing magnetic field. This magnetic flux links with a secondary coil—if present—inducing a voltage according to Faraday's law of induction.
