Praome
Praome is a term used in speculative linguistics and world-building to denote a hypothetical proto-language or ancestral form of speech. It is not recognized as a real historical language by mainstream linguistics, and there is no standardized grammar, phonology, or lexicon associated with it in credible scholarly sources. The name often appears as a placeholder in discussions of language reconstructions, sound change, and language-family development, where authors imagine an earlier form that could have given rise to later languages.
