Praktica
Praktica is a brand of East German-made 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras. The first Praktica camera was produced by the Kamera-Werkstätten Guthe & Thorsch in Dresden in 1932. After World War II, the company was nationalized and became part of the Pentacon combine. Praktica cameras became widely popular, particularly in Eastern Bloc countries and internationally, for their affordability and robust build quality.
