Polariformi
Polariformi is a term that has appeared in some discussions of morphology, taxonomy, and speculative design to denote forms associated with polar orientation or polar environments. Etymologically, it draws on polaris, the Latin for pole, combined with the suffix -iformi, meaning “in the form of” or “shaped like.” There is no universally accepted definition, and Polariformi is not recognized as a formal taxonomic group in mainstream biology.
The concept is mainly used in niche or exploratory contexts rather than as an established scientific category.
In fiction, art, and theoretical discourse, the term has been employed to imagine life forms or architectures
