Pluraliskt is a Swedish term used to describe something that embodies or promotes pluralism—the presence and recognition of multiple groups, voices, or value systems within a society, organization, or field. In standard Swedish, the related adjective is pluralistisk, and the corresponding adverb is pluralistiskt. The form pluraliskt is uncommon and may be a reduced or dialectal variant or simply a misspelling; when aiming for the standard language, pluralistisk/pluralistiskt should be used depending on grammatical position.

Pluralistiska concepts appear in political philosophy, sociology, and cultural studies. A pluralistisk approach emphasizes inclusion, dialogue, and balance among diverse stakeholders; it contrasts with monist or assimilationist models.
