This idea is not supported by current scientific understanding of planetary formation or physics. The prevailing cosmological model suggests that planets form through accretion of dust and gas in protoplanetary disks around stars.

The concept of planetswithin often appears in speculative fiction or philosophical discussions rather than scientific literature. It could involve a miniature solar system contained within a gas giant, or a solid planet hollowed out to contain its own internal ecosystems. Such scenarios would require fundamentally different gravitational dynamics and energy sources than those observed in our universe.

However, the immense gravitational forces within a planet would likely crush any smaller celestial body attempting to exist inside it, or prevent its formation altogether.
