Patrilineära

Patrilineära refers to a system of descent and inheritance where lineage, property, and social status are passed down through the male line. This means that a child's ancestry is traced through their father, and typically inherits their father's surname and family name. In a patrilineal society, rights and privileges are often conferred upon males, and women may have limited roles in terms of property ownership or succession. This system is contrasted with matrilineal systems, where descent is traced through the female line.
