Parlamentære

Parlamentære is a Danish term referring to matters related to a parliament or parliamentary procedures. "Parlamentarisk immunitet" is the legal protection afforded to members of parliament, allowing them to speak and vote freely without fear of reprisal.

The concept of parliamentarism itself, which is closely linked to the term "parlamentære," is a system of government where the executive branch derives its democratic legitimacy from and is held accountable to the legislature (parliament). In Denmark, this principle means that the government must have the confidence of the Folketing to remain in power.
