Paradigmlar is a term that refers to a fundamental model or pattern that serves as a basis for thought and action. In a broad sense, it represents a worldview, a set of assumptions, beliefs, and values that shape how individuals and groups understand and interact with the world around them. The concept of paradigms is often associated with scientific revolutions, as described by Thomas Kuhn in his influential book "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions." Kuhn argued that scientific progress does not occur in a linear, cumulative fashion but rather through periods of normal science, where a dominant paradigm is accepted and explored, followed by scientific revolutions that overthrow existing paradigms and establish new ones.
