Paneeliteni is a term originating from the Estonian language, roughly translating to "panel house" or "prefabricated house." It refers to a specific type of construction that gained significant popularity in Estonia, particularly during the Soviet era, as a solution for rapid and affordable housing. These buildings are characterized by the use of large, prefabricated concrete panels that are manufactured off-site and then assembled on-location.
