PUKkoodilla is a Finnish term that translates to "with a PUK code." A PUK code, which stands for Personal Unblocking Key, is a security code used to unlock a SIM card that has been blocked due to incorrect PIN entry. When a user enters the wrong PIN code for their mobile phone SIM card too many times, the SIM card becomes locked for security reasons. To regain access to the SIM card and its services, the user must then enter the PUK code.
