PUKkoodilla is a Finnish term that translates to "with a PUK code." A PUK code, which stands for Personal Unblocking Key, is a security code used to unlock a SIM card that has been blocked due to incorrect PIN entry. When a user enters the wrong PIN code for their mobile phone SIM card too many times, the SIM card becomes locked for security reasons. To regain access to the SIM card and its services, the user must then enter the PUK code.

The PUK code is typically provided by the mobile network operator. It is a unique, eight-digit number associated with each individual SIM card. Users can often find their PUK code on the original packaging of their SIM card or by contacting their mobile carrier's customer service. Some carriers also provide access to PUK codes through their online customer portals.

It is important to enter the PUK code accurately. If the PUK code is entered incorrectly multiple times (usually ten), the SIM card will be permanently blocked, and the user will need to obtain a new SIM card from their carrier. Once the PUK code is successfully entered, the user will then be prompted to set a new PIN code for their SIM card. The PUK code itself is not designed to be remembered by the user, unlike the PIN code.
