PNCRled

PNCRled is a line of LED lighting products developed by PNCR, a manufacturer of illumination solutions. The PNCRled portfolio includes discrete LEDs, chip-on-board (COB) arrays, and modular light engines designed for general lighting, signage, and architectural applications. The line emphasizes modular design, efficient thermal management, and compatibility with common LED drivers.

Technically, PNCRled devices use gallium nitride (GaN) LEDs with phosphor to produce white light. Typical luminous efficacy for mid-range variants can reach around 180–230 lm/W, depending on binning and operating conditions. Color temperatures span from warm 2700K to cool 6500K, with color rendering indices commonly in the 80–95 range for higher-end variants. Lumen output ranges from tens of lumens for compact modules to several thousand lumens for larger COB arrays. Rated lifetimes (L70) commonly fall in the 50,000–100,000 hour class under specified current and ambient conditions.

Drivers and dimming vary by product line. Many PNCRled components are designed for constant-current operation and can be paired with standard LED drivers. Dimmable options include triac, 0–10V, and some DALI-enabled versions through compatible control gear. Some PNCRled modules incorporate integrated drivers, while others require external drivers or power supplies. Thermal management frequently relies on aluminum heat sinks or metal-core PCBs to sustain performance and longevity.

Applications include commercial and office lighting, retail displays, hospitality interiors, and architectural lighting or signage. PNCRled products are distributed through regional distributors and contract manufacturers, with certifications such as UL/ETL, CE, and RoHS depending on the specific item.
