PBbPI stands for Protein Binding-based Protein Imprinting. It is a technique used in the field of molecular imprinting, which is a method for creating synthetic receptors with high selectivity and affinity for specific target molecules. In PBbPI, the imprinting process is guided by the specific binding interactions between a template molecule and a protein. This protein acts as a recognition element, directing the formation of imprinting cavities around the template.
