Päästövapaasti

Päästövapaasti is a Finnish adverb meaning in a manner that produces no emissions. In climate and environmental discourse it is used to describe actions, technologies or systems that operate without emitting greenhouse gases or other pollutants at the point of use. The term appears in contexts such as transport, energy, housing and industry, and is common in policy discussions as well as in marketing and public communication.

The scope of what counts as emission-free can vary.
