Ozeanograph

Ozeanograph is a term that can refer to a scientist who studies the ocean, or to a research vessel equipped for oceanographic studies. The scientific discipline concerned with the study of oceans is called oceanography. Oceanographers investigate a wide range of phenomena, including ocean currents, waves, tides, sea ice, and the physical and chemical properties of seawater. They also study marine life, from microscopic plankton to large marine mammals, and their interactions with the marine environment.
