Ovitz
The Ovitz family was a group of seven Jewish siblings born in present-day Romania who were dwarfs. They were also known as the "Little People of Haseg". The family was persecuted by the Nazis during World War II and sent to the Auschwitz concentration camp. Miraculously, all seven siblings survived the Holocaust, largely due to the peculiar interest and protection offered by Josef Mengele, the notorious SS physician known for his cruel experiments.
