Oukasvua
Oukasvua is a small herbaceous plant belonging to the family Salicaceae. It is native to the boreal zones of northern Europe, particularly Norway, Sweden, and Finland, where it typically grows along streambanks and in moist, well‑drained soils. The species was first described in the mid‑19th century by Danish botanist Jens Nicolai Klimmer, who noted its distinctive lance‑shaped leaves and bright green, oval flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer.
