Osmaniye

Osmaniye is a province located in the southeastern Mediterranean Region of Turkey. It is bordered by the provinces of Adana to the west, Hatay to the south, Gaziantep to the east, and Kahramanmaraş to the north. The province has a significant historical background, with evidence of settlement dating back to ancient times. Its name is derived from the Ottoman Sultan Osman I.

The geography of Osmaniye is characterized by the Amanos Mountains (Nur Mountains) in the east and south, and the Çukurova plain in the west.
