Organsioiden is a Finnish neologism that emerged in the early 2000s. It is a portmanteau word, combining "organisaatio" (organization) and "idiootti" (idiot). The term is used to describe an individual who, despite belonging to an organization or institution, behaves in a way that is detrimental to the group's goals or efficiency. This behavior is often characterized by a lack of understanding, incompetence, or deliberate obstructionism that hinders progress.
