Ontologytermen
Ontologytermen are the individual elements that populate an ontology. In philosophy, ontology studies the nature of being and the categories of existence, using terms such as entity, object, property, and relation. In information science and the semantic web, ontology terms refer to the defined concepts, properties, individuals, and relations that constitute a formal representation of a domain and its meaning.
A typical set of ontology terms includes classes (concepts), properties (relationships between concepts), and individuals (instances).
