Ommeres

Ommeres is a term that appears in ancient Greek literature, specifically in the works of Hesiod. It is primarily associated with the mythical lineage of the Titans. Ommeres is described as the son of Uranus and Gaia, making him a brother to the twelve Titans, including Cronus, Oceanus, and Hyperion. He is also considered a sibling to the Cyclopes and Hecatoncheires, the monstrous giants with a hundred hands and fifty heads.

While the other sons of Uranus and Gaia are well-known figures in Greek mythology, Ommeres himself plays a very minor role. He is rarely mentioned by name and is not attributed with any specific deeds or characteristics. His existence seems to be established mainly to complete the count of the original divine offspring of the primordial deities.
